Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Accounts are for adult parents, guardians, and approved caregivers — not for children themselves.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access another user's account or data. Don't scrape the site or redistribute our content without permission. Don't use the site to harass other users (note: there are no public-facing community features at MVP).

Site content is © The Compass and its contributors, licensed for personal, non-commercial use by account holders. Citations to source material remain the property of their respective publishers.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or material breach of these terms. The Compass is currently free; if and when paid tiers are introduced, refund terms will be documented before any charge is made.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Compass is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following or not following content on this site.

Changes

We will email you if material terms change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
